About Custom Service Heating and Cooling

Family Owned & Operated

Bob Downs Sr. was a dedicated and skilled HVAC professional, who founded the company in 1988, with a passion for delivering top-notch service and the will to leave a legacy for his family. With his commitment to excellence and love of the industry, he built a foundation of trust and reliability within the community that we proudly carry on.

Today, we honor his dream and continue as a family-owned and operated business. Bob Sr.’s vision lives on through his eldest son, Bob Jr., who now leads the company alongside his wife, Amanda. Together, they bring a fresh perspective and a deep-seated commitment to the values that have defined us from the beginning.

At Custom Service Heating & Cooling, we’re not only about heating and cooling, we’re about family and serving our community. Being a second-generation business, we understand the importance of reliability, honesty, and a personal touch. As we are currently raising three young children our company moto has turned into the golden rule; we simply treat our customers the way we would expect to be treated.

Discover the difference that a family-owned HVAC company can make. From our family to yours, welcome to Customer Service Heating & Cooling.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Custom Service replaced our air conditioner and furnace. Bob and his crew were professional, responsive, organized, prompt, and efficient. The price was fair. We are happy to support a small business and highly recommend their services!
